02 Visiting this website

When you open this website, your browser automatically transmits technical data to our hosting provider: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referring page, browser type and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website securely and is stored in server log files for a short period only. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

03 Fonts

This website uses fonts from Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd., 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland). 04 Availability search and booking

The availability search on this website is provided by Lodgify (Barcelona, Spain). When the page loads, the search bar is loaded from Lodgify's servers, which transmits your IP address and browser data to Lodgify. Dates and number of guests that you enter are passed on to our booking website booking.davvi-ridge.com. All bookings are made there; the privacy policy of the booking website applies, including booking, payment, Booking.com and Airbnb bookings and online check-in.

05 Contacting us by email

If you email us, we process the data you send us (usually name, email address, travel dates and your message) to answer your enquiry. Enquiries are kept until resolved and then for up to 3 years. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

06 Cookies

This website itself does not set cookies and does not use statistics, advertising or tracking tools. The Lodgify search bar may store strictly necessary information in your browser (for example the selected dates) so that the search works.

07 Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Just send us an email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
